Travis Kelce says he does not intend to have a mistake rectified on the Super Bowl ring he got from the Kansas City Chiefs last week because he believes it makes the jewelry “more exclusive.”
The score of each of the Chiefs’ playoff wins, as well as their opponent’s seeding, is recorded on the inside of the ring, which celebrates Kansas City’s Super Bowl LVIII triumph. The Miami Dolphins are labeled as a 7-seed on the ring, even though they were the No. 6 seed in the playoffs last season.
Jason Kelce pointed out the “major little goof” to his brother on their newest “New Heights” podcast, which was published Wednesday, and inquired about Travis Kelce’s intentions to correct the issue.

Among the highlights is a display commemorating “Tom & Jerry,” the Chiefs’ nickname for the overtime touchdown that helped them defeat the San Francisco 49ers 25-22. The play in which quarterback Patrick Mahomes delivered a 3-yard touchdown throw to Mecole Hardman is shown on the ring in coach Andy Reid’s notes.
