The Ultimate Showdown between the Baltimore Ravens outperforms the Buffalo Bills by a 35-10 margin on September 30th showing the brilliance of the Dazzling Performance of Derrick Henry.
Frankly, this game would not be over if it were not for Henry’s Remarkable Achievement in the first half Where he dominated the Bills’ defensive squad, accumulating 199 rushing yards and two total touchdowns.
The momentum was established right from the moment when Henry got to break free to score an 87-yard touchdown; it was the third-longest run of his football career; making it the 95th touchdown of his football career. This running also ranks as the longest touchdown in the establishment’s Ravens history. Early on, Buffalo’s defense had no answer for Henry, who gained 109 of his 114 rushing yards before the break on just nine attempts. On the other side of the field, the Bills’ offence was stagnant, amassing 90 yards before the half: 35 passing and 55 rushing; the Bills were down 21-3 at halftime.
The second half passed raised some Buffalo hopes as Josh Allen hit Khalil Shakir, who made a 52-yard reception and Ty Johnson rushed in for a short score. But, the Bills couldn’t sustain that pace as Allen threw a costly fumble that was quickly converted to points by the Ravens and took a 28-10 lead.
This nearly happened in the final quarter of the game Byrd, who was performing a great game, was approaching the 200-yard mark, which would have been the eighth 200-yard game for Henry and it would become a record in the NFL. In the end, he scored 24 rushes for 199 yards and also a spell through the air for a touchdown. On the other side, the Bills’ offense was still streamlined; they were limited through the field to 237 yards with 155 passing and 82 rushing; Allen was sacked four times.
Again even though the Bills continued to defend well in the second half there was no stopping Derrick Henry whose exploits were the main highlight of this one-sided affair.
