Spain remains unbeaten on the road to Euro 2008 with a win over Sweden

The Spanish national team added its fourth consecutive win in the European Championship on Monday by beating Sweden 3-0 thanks to two goals near the end of the match.

With the victory, Spain has 12 points and comfortably leads Group F, with five advantage over Sweden and Romania, which in turn beat Malta 4-0 as a visitor.

“These matches are more difficult than they seem because of the result. Sweden is a great team and has played a great game, very defensive and looking for a counterattack. We played well, defended well and we are very happy, “said Morata after the game.

Meanwhile, the Czech Republic beat Montenegro 3-0 to add their second straight victory in Group A, in which shares leadership with England.

The Czechs opened the scoring after 18 minutes through Jakub Jankto. In the beginning of the second half, a goal against Boris Kopitovic extended the advantage while Patrik Schick put the final 3-0 in the 82nd.
