Marc Marquez hopes the recovery process of his right shoulder after the operation last November, can be faster.
The reason is, there are indications that the operation could lead to a slowdown in physical preparation, movement, and that could disrupt his preparations ahead of undergoing the first MotoGP 2020 testing in Malaysia, next February.
‘I hope the recovery is better. It was quite difficult. Last year I underwent surgery on my left shoulder and the recovery was different. This time it seems easier, but apparently not. I hope we can take the Malaysian exam,’ Marquez said.
In this season there is something different from the Repsol Honda team. Because for the first time this Japanese manufacturer will duet siblings namely the Marquez brothers (Marc and Alex) in one team while sailing MotoGP this season.
Many have talked about the competition that will occur in the Honda team garage. However, the six-time MotoGP world champion ensures that the fight for the title of the world championship this season will not change from before.
‘He (Alex) is a beginner and must learn, he has an interesting motorbike. The first opponent is always a teammate and this does not change anything. We are brothers, we help each other, but we are rivals,’ concluded Marquez.
